The Overview
I assisted in a UX heuristic evalution of myidentifiers.com's key functional areas. This leveraged published research data, industry-accepted usability principles, prior design experience and historic usability test results to identify usability issues and recommend improvements.

The Project
While I was not the lead on this project, my responsibility was focused on the part of a user making a purchase which includes, selecting an item to add to the cart and working through the checkout process. I evaluated the existing site in order to see and understand how the journey works. From there, I provided recommendations on the best way to improve the interface, but most importantly the interaction and functionality of the workflow.
